Save a Life !

Obaida Abu al-Ata... After being hit by a direct shelling of his parents' apartment on July 12, 2025, his siblings, Maria and Tamim, were killed instantly, while his father, mother, and brothers, Zein and Bahaa, were injured. Obaida sustained severe injuries that nearly killed him. He was urgently admitted to Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza, where his entire right leg was amputated, along with a large portion of his intestine and colon. He also suffered a fractured rib cage and requires surgery to remove part of his lung, but this operation has been postponed due to his current unstable health condition.

Obaida continues to suffer from severe inflammation and tissue, intestinal, and blood poisoning. His abdomen has been continuously draining pus since the injury. His abdomen remains open due to daily cleanings by doctors in an unsterile environment unsuitable for his health condition, lying in a room full of patients and visitors at all times. This environment poses a real threat to his life, even as his abdominal cleanings are routinely performed. This procedure must be performed in a sterile operating room and under general anesthesia to prevent infection and provide the necessary healthcare.

His family is closely monitoring his painful condition and checking on him minute by minute.
